Solas Media is an independent public relations consultancy founded by Donald Morrison, an award-winning communications professional.
Donald has nearly 30 years’ experience in public relations, public affairs and corporate communications.
He has worked across sectors including hospitality, tourism, technology, aviation and social care, supporting charities, trade organisations, public bodies, established businesses and start-ups.
Donald combines strategic advice with practical, creative skills, from media relations and stakeholder engagement to writing, photography, video and podcast production. He helps organisations build their profile, engage employees, protect their reputation and tell their stories with clarity and purpose.
Originally from the Gaelic-speaking Isle of Lewis, Donald chose the name Solas, the Gaelic word for light, to reflect his roots.
