The Gaelic word for ‘light’

Light

noun: The natural agent that stimulates sight and makes things visible.

Our name is inspired by the Gaelic word for light, a tribute to our Gaelic heritage, and a word which speaks of energy, optimism and wonder. There is nothing in nature quite as wondrous as the northern lights, the natural spectacle commonly seen across northern Scotland, which provides the inspiration for our website.
